Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, without showing signs of use, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

The time limit to request a return is 14 days from the date of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please contact us through the contact form on our website. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first, as they will not be accepted.

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Certain items, such as custom products, perishable goods, or personal care items, are not eligible for return. We also reserve the right not to accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. The refund request to your payment provider will be made within 2 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
